Expected Response Times
- General emails: 2-3 business days
- Tool review requests: 3-5 business days (we need time to check the tool first)
- Last week of each month: Slower. We are usually deep in a content sprint.
- Weekends: We do not check email. This is a small operation.
What to Include
If you want a fast, useful response, help us help you. Here is what we need for the most common requests.
Tool Review Requests
Send us the tool name, a link, and what makes it different from what we have already covered. Bonus points if you include trial access or a demo account. Fair warning: we publish honest reviews, including the parts that do not work well.
Guest Post or Collaboration
Pitch us a specific topic, not a general "I would like to write for you." Tell us what you have built, tested, or discovered. We only publish content that adds something new to the conversation.
Sponsored Content
We accept a limited number of sponsored placements per quarter. All sponsored content is clearly labeled and held to the same editorial standard as organic content. We do not accept pre-written articles or pre-approved talking points.
Bug Reports or Broken Links
Include the URL of the page and a description of what went wrong. Screenshots help. We fix these within 48 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer consulting or one-on-one help?
Not formally. Daniel occasionally answers detailed workflow questions via email, but there is no paid consulting service. If you need hands-on help, the tutorials and prompt library are designed to be self-serve.
Can I republish or translate your content?
You are welcome to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Full republication or translation requires written permission. Email us with the specific article and your planned use case.
Why did you not reply to my email?
Three possibilities: it went to spam, it was sent during a sprint week, or we missed it. If you have not heard back in 7 business days, send a follow-up. We do not ignore people on purpose.
Do you accept affiliate partnerships?
We already participate in affiliate programs for tools we use and recommend. We do not join programs for tools we have not tested, and we do not negotiate higher commissions in exchange for better placement.
Where are you based?
PromptInk is a fully remote operation. Our editor is based in the Pacific Time Zone. Our server infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Pages, which means the site is fast no matter where you are.
